More than 7 days prior to course commencement date
If a registered delegate chooses to CANCEL their booking they will not receive a refund.
On payment of an administration fee of £100 + VAT, a registered delegate may CHANGE their booking up to 7 days PRIOR to the commencement of the course and transfer to a future course. The booking may be carried forward until suitable dates are specified.
Delegates who register for a course but do not attend will still be responsible for payment.
Less than 7 days prior to the course commencement date
If a delegate CHANGES their booking within 7 days of the commencement of the course, they will incur a charge of 30% of the full fee. The delegate must contact Crichton Carbon Centre (CCC) by phone on 01387 702091 or e-mail

Less than 24 hours prior to the course commencement
No changes to course bookings will be accepted LESS than 1 working day [24 hours] PRIOR to the commencement of the course.
Failure to attend (no show)

CCC cancels/changes course
Under no circumstances will CCC be liable for any cost, whether incurred directly or indirectly, caused as a result of any cancellation or change of venue or date.
In the event CCC need to cancel a course or change the time, venue or date, we will attempt to notify all affected parties, including the venue, trainers and any delegates registered for the course as soon as possible.
CCC will only cancel a course due to insufficient registrations a minimum of 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.
Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time.
Should CCC need to cancel a course, all registered delegates will be offered the options of booking on an alternative course in the future or receiving a full refund.
Companies and partnerships
The above conditions also apply to Companies and Partnerships registered for a course with CCC.
Limitation of Liability
Delegates are responsible for taking care of their own property. Liability for accident, injury or loss suffered while attending CCC courses will only be accepted by CCC if it is directly due to our negligence. CCC accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in using material or information obtained at our events. |
